Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Once approved, you'll have 7 days to ship the item back to us.
(We recommend using a tracked shipping method.)
Store Credit

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size.

You will receive a store credit in the form of a discount code equal to the value of your returned item.

The code will be valid for 12 months and can be used on any future purchase.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different color or style, we recommend:
- Returning the item for store credit.
- Placing a new order using your discount code.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Any item that is worn, washed, stained, damaged, or without original tags/packaging
Return Conditions
To be accepted, all returned items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with tags attached

Free of scents, deodorant, makeup stains, or damage
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
