GYA RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love everything you order from GYA. But if something doesn’t fit or feel right, we’ve got you covered with a simple and fair return process.

Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Once approved, you'll have 7 days to ship the item back to us.
    (We recommend using a tracked shipping method.)

Store Credit

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size.

  • You will receive a store credit in the form of a discount code equal to the value of your returned item.

  • The code will be valid for 12 months and can be used on any future purchase.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different color or style, we recommend:

  1. Returning the item for store credit.
  2. Placing a new order using your discount code.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked FINAL SALE

  • Swimwear

  • Any item that is worn, washed, stained, damaged, or without original tags/packaging

Return Conditions

To be accepted, all returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Free of scents, deodorant, makeup stains, or damage

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us at GYATHELABEL@GMAIL.COM within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos and your order number.

  • If approved, we will cover return shipping and resolve the issue.
