RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

We only accept returns in the case of defective products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund.
If you request a change in color or style, we do not offer refunds — instead, you will receive a store credit in the form of a discount code usable only at GYA. In these cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and can only be used for future purchases on our website.
